Using AI: What Most People Overlook

How did we get here?

Contorting ourselves to fit in with social media app algorithms, chasing numbers and likes, following latest trends online, rather than embracing our own authentic creative expression and inner knowing.

Judging, blaming and turning on each other in comments online, rather than remembering the human collective family.

Using other people's voices for video audios, rather than the power of our own.

Running to AI to seek advice, rather than listening to our own heart and intuition or seek support from a trained real human being.

Masking our age, real hair, real nails, real curved, wrinkled, hairy bodies to fit in with "beauty" narratives that people should look a certain way.

Believing fed stories of division... rather than the felt connected thread between each human.

____

Beyond the AI created words, screens, fake nails, social media filters lies a spark of LIFE that is far greater.

A spark of LIFE within you, others, every living being, nature and all.

LIFE that guides, reconnects, inspires, heals and more.

____

With the increased use of AI there's something important that many overlook.

FREQUENCY.

We know thanks to ancient practices and endless scientific studies that everything is made up of frequency - particles vibrating at different speeds.

What each person thinks, speaks, eats, drinks, creates, cooks, moves... and also numbers, words, food all vibrate differently.

Yes technology and AI can be useful, save so much time, though does it hold the same frequency as human creative expression?

When I write my monthly email newsletter, or posts online it's not just words - it holds a frequency.

AI can replicate a similar email, improve it grammatically, create catchy social media posts etc, though it doesn't hold the same frequency compared to when I sit down and express from my heart and Soul.

Monthly shares I send by email, blog and social media posts will ALWAYS be written personally by me.

I could save hours using AI for emails and posts. Though it's not the same felt experience... for my creative expression, and those receiving it.

The monthly shares I send are not just a FREE email with insights... it's a gift from my heart to yours, words that expand, inspire and ignite deep remembrance within your heart on an energetic, cellular level.

Not saying we can't use AI and technology (90% of my work is online - thank goodness for technology!) I've found it super useful transcribing audios, and even Chat GPT can serve a purpose at times.

Though this time calls for important reflection on where we direct our energy, what frequency we wish to share with the world and how that impacts and creates the world we live in.

Human felt, creative expression heals.

Human felt, creative expression connects.

Human felt, creative expression is the overlooked medicine of today's world.

And... who's guidance are you seeking above all?

External online opinions? Only chat GPT? Or are you creating real human connections and prioritising your intuition, heart and Soul?

Are you remembering that you ARE nature? That when you reconnect to nature you invite healing at so many levels.

Don't fall for the masks, the distorted stories, the distractions (and that doesn't mean turning a blind eye either - it's important to tend to critical world events and support each other).

Though it's important to remember the bigger picture, the deeper truth and return to the heart if you want to see a different world.

LIFE is inviting you to remember.

Who you are, who others truly are, and what this human experience is really about. You're spiritual being in a human experience.

Back to the breath, that's LIFE right there.

Back to the beating heart, that's LIFE right there.

This is also an important key to reducing stress and anxiety too.

When you reconnect to THIS, things become a lot clearer, you gain more resilience and can navigate the ups and downs with more ease.

Back to the main question - what frequency are you sharing with the world?

4 Levels to Creating Change

If you've been reading the news about different critical events, I'm sure like many, you may have been feeling a lot.

Here's a gentle reminder - it's ok to feel.

To feel scared, outraged, worried etc.

To be human, and to connect to natural human responses is healthy.

What doesn't help is to remain stuck in them, judging, blaming and shaming, forgetting the bigger picture and deeper thread that connects us all.

There are many ways to create change in life, personally and collectively.

I don't have all the answers (much I'm still learning) though from what I've observed over the years so far from my own setbacks, challenges and bumps along the way - as well as my wins, client successes too.

There are 4 KEY LEVELS to creating change, in no particular order - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.

You see, everything is made of frequency (science has proven this time and time again) and each of the following levels hold a different frequency and vibrate at different speeds. Each valid, each important.

Picture this...

If I was to tell you to  "go to the beach now"... you may have an image or memory that arises. From that you may start to feel something, you may also get an intuitive messages or realise that so many people around the world are connected through the sea and the sea is like a representation of humans... each a drop in one giant ocean.

And through all of that, physically you are still where you are. The physical body vibrates slower (and needs more time to make the shift) compared to the mind and emotions and spiritual connection.

Let's look at these levels through the eyes of creating change in life.

On a PERSONAL level - if you've been moving towards a desired outcome can you can identify any of the following that you have overlooked?
  • PHYSICAL: Take action, get practical.
  • MENTAL: Hold the vision, clear any subconscious beliefs that may limit.
  • EMOTIONAL: Express what needs to be expressed, and feel the joy of receiving what you want to call in.
  • SPIRITUAL: Remember the deeper thread that connects all, listen to your intuition (the guidance from your Soul.

This can also be applied COLLECTIVELY...

  • PHYSICAL: Helping on a practical level, giving aid, supporting others physically in need is important.
  • MENTAL: Holding the vision and belief that a harmonious world is possible is important.
  • EMOTIONAL: Express what needs to be expressed constructively, and feel what it would be like to experience a world with more harmony (heart coherence) is important.
  • SPIRITUAL: Prayer, energy work, meditation etc is important.

All levels are valid, all levels are important.

To ignore, blame, shame, judge, avoid one of those is to miss the full opportunity given by LIFE to create a shift in the current experience.

I've seen a lot of blame and judgement online lately, there are many horrified and furious with what is going on around the world (rightly so). Though to turn that onto fellow humans, judging how others show up in times of crisis is a waste of precious energy.

What if that energy used to help those in need directly instead?

Something I've struggled with over the years is finding the balance between being of service, and also doing it in a way that is sustainable in the long run for me and others.

Sensitivity to the subtle realms is my superpower... and I've needed to learn plenty of self-care and boundaries too.

I have friends who are born activists and dive head first into all the horror, shadow and do their humanitarian work there.

They are amazing.

And I also have other friends like me, who focus more on the energetic work, both internally and externally to contribute to more integrated harmony for humanity, which is also incredibly important. Making sure I don't overtax my nervous system so I can support clients in need whilst still being aware of what is happening in the world and contributing through the subtle realms through intention, attention, prayer, healing meditation etc.

All ways of helping are valid.
  • Looking at your own shadow.
  • Protesting
  • Prayer
  • Group meditation
  • Donations
The list goes on.

Collectively we all contribute.

Which brings me to 3 questions I recently asked on Instagram...

  • What's your vision for this planet and humanity?
  • What do you spend your time, energy and attention focused on?
  • Are those in alignment?

Read that again.

We are collectively co-creating this world. It's impossible to go into all the nuances in one blog post though with these 4 levels it's a starting point to expand the perspective and shift the energy to one of possibility and opportunity.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, how are you showing up for yourself and others in today's world?

NOTE: If you are struggling, only focused on your immediate world, know that's ok too. You, focusing on you, in moments of struggle is valid, allowed and important on a vibrational level. Though often what can happen is when being of service is brought in, the personal experience can shift too, after all it's one of the 6 basic human needs - contribution.

This Could Be The Most Powerful Thing You Do...

'Nothing will change so why bother'

'There's no point even trying'

Have you thought either of these in your life before? I certainly have, and I know many of my clients have too.

It can feel pretty awful seeing the disheartening news stories, fear based marketing and manipulative tactics out there. Being an entrepreneur I've seen the in's and out's of what goes on in the coaching world... paid likes, sneaky social media tactics, fear based marketing pointing out why people are so flawed they need to buy the product... the list goes on.

To be honest I felt sick to my stomach with some of the things I saw and heard in the last few years. I felt ashamed and embarrassed to be part of what I saw at the time, a manipulative industry.

I felt like giving up.

Starting anew.
Changing career despite loving what I do and hearing gratitude and thanks from clients.

I realised that whilst this was all going on, I was simply seeing so much of it because I was focused on it. The grass is greener where we water it! I opened my perspective and realised that there are also so many wholehearted, authentic coaches that offer valuable support without actively promoting the 'you're broken' message.

By shying away, avoiding the industry all together, wasn't going to bring more light and change things. If I did, it would be one less person creating a positive change in an industry that needs it. If I gave up... using other people's negative behaviour as a reason to quit, I'd be running away from the shadow side of the industry and playing the victim.

And that's not what I teach.

Running away from what we find challenging doesn't change things. By running away or ignoring things it's as if we've given others (or the issue) permission to continue growing and growing. And this is applicable to everything... what we see in society, aspects about ourselves, issues in relationships... everything we find a challenge.

Those of you who have been following my work for a while will know I talk a lot about light and shadow. This metaphor is the basis of what I teach - Wholehearted NLP. Using NLP with heart for the highest good of ourselves and others, to uncover the gifts and messages of the shadow (the parts we don't like) so we can reconnect to our light (our true essence).

Light and shadow is within everything. You probably have heard of Yin and Yang right? Opposing energy forces. If you look at the image below you can see how connected the two forces are. We cannot have one without the other. Where there's night also comes day... when we can experience hot we can also experience cold.

Also notice that within the shadow side there is a little bit of light too.

This light within the shadow can come in the form of gifts, insights, meaning, connection and support all of which can be found during challenging times and situations... if we dare to open up to it and face the shadow. I've come to realise that it's not one or the other. It's both. hand in hand. Light and shadow together that invite us to fully embrace, learn from and appreciate this human experience we call life.

The light comforts, reminds us of our immense strength and supports us as we shine light on the shadow to uncover the insights.

The shadow provides gifts, deep insights and supports us to fully appreciate the light.

Gaining Clarity...

1) INTERNAL: If we use this metaphor to look at ourselves... embracing both the parts we like (light) and the parts we don't (shadow) this can bring true wholehearted self-acceptance. Let's use our strengths to help us overcome what we find challenging within.

2) EXTERNAL: If we use this metaphor to take positive action (light) regarding the horrors (shadow) we see in society... this is what starts to create more peace. Let's use positive behaviours and actions to create new projects, communities and experiences that support and generate wonderful change in the parts where the shadow is prevalent.

Actionable Steps...

1) INTERNAL: What's your top strength? How can you use that to start transforming (even if it's simply transforming by perspective) a part of yourself you don't like? For example... my creativity is one of my strengths and this plays a key role in helping me express painful emotions from my shadow.

2) EXTERNAL: One, simple act of kindness has the ability to completely transform someone's day. The receiver can feel wonderful and often feels inclined to spread it out further... creating a ripple effect. What simple act of kindness can you do today? For example... helping someone up the stairs with their suitcase or simply a smile as you go about your day.

The big changes in the world are calling us to take a good look within and outside of ourselves. To finally face whats been lurking in the shadow for a long time, whether that's personal fears or racism, hatred and inequality in society. We cannot destroy something with the same thinking that created it. Matching fear with fear does not create love. Time is calling us to look at the shadow head on, shine our light on it, find the gifts IN it and use those gifts to create positive change.

It's up to us.

Let's use what we don't like as fuel for creating loving change rather than running away and blaming. Let's be empowered rather than victims.

It's time for change.
